1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing premium water products from Farvia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all retail sales, custom aquifer subscriptions, and corporate delivery agreements executed in the United Republic of Tanzania. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our site and online delivery platforms immediately.

2. Products and Ordering

All Farvia premium mineral water variants (Natural Still, Enhanced Wellness, and Sparkling) are subject to availability. We preserve a single natural spring aquifer outside Dar es Salaam, meaning production batches are meticulously cataloged and finite. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of bottles or cancel subscriptions in times of environmental conservation cycles, ensuring sustainable spring protection protocols are fully honored.

3. Delivery and Shipping

Direct premium glass container deliveries are strictly dispatched within our active regional coverage zone in Dar es Salaam, including Msasani, Oysterbay, Masaki, and surrounding suburbs. Delivery schedules represent estimated windows, and actual delivery times may fluctuate due to localized transport conditions. Recyclable wooden crates and premium glass bottles remain eligible for our voluntary circular bottle-return program during subsequent drop-offs.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to strict hygiene, quality control, and health standards surrounding natural spring water production, we cannot accept returns on opened glass vessels. If your luxury delivery experience was disrupted, or you received a structurally damaged product during transport, please contact our Msasani service village within 24 hours of dispatch for replacement crates.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy and the security of your payment details are paramount. Personal data, including address verification coordinates and mobile phone credentials for SMS OTP verification, are collected and managed strictly according to our active Privacy Policy, in complete accordance with the Tanzanian Personal Data Protection Act of 2019.
